Return & Refund Policy

At Discount Pay Hub, we stand behind the quality of our services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued, service cancellations handled, and product returns accepted. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Service Refund Policy
Because our services involve the time, expertise, and resources of our certified technicians, the following terms apply:
- Completed Services: Generally non-refundable once a service has been fully delivered and accepted. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 7 days in writing so we may assess and, where possible, remedy the situation.
- Cancelled Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service request before our technician has begun work, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
- Cancelled Mid-Service: If work has already commenced, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the portion of work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.
2. Product Returns
For any physical products (hardware, accessories, parts) sold or supplied by Discount Pay Hub:
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Completed diagnostic assessments (even if no repair was performed)
- Delivered digital items, software licenses, or downloaded content
- Parts or hardware that have been installed, used, or altered
- Services declined mid-session by the client after partial completion
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment)
4. Managed Service Plan Cancellations
For clients on monthly, quarterly, or annual managed service plans:
- Monthly Plans: May be cancelled at any time. No refund for the current billing period; service continues until the period ends.
- Quarterly or Annual Plans: A prorated refund for unused months may be issued upon written cancellation request, minus any applicable early termination fees outlined in your service agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return request, please contact us via email within the applicable timeframe. Include your name, order or service reference number, and a brief description of your concern.
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days of receipt.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your concern in writing to our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
